For my final exam I wrote my thesis “Experience branding & customer acquisition at conferences” while being an intern at Slash Creatives in Bergen op Zoom. Reason for this subject is due the fact a lot of companies have little or no knowledge about new innovative media and technology development. Slash Creatives asked me to research the possibility of gaining new clients and/or customers by offering free knowledge about different subjects (for example: social media) through free conferences and seminars. By sharing their knowledge for free, Slash Creatives offers an unique and positive experience and customers are more likely to be in touch if similar services are needed.
